What is the quality of our watches?

We offer models in both Japanese quality and premium Swiss quality.

What is the difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches?

The difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches lies in the type of steel used, as well as the manufacturing process and machinery.
Japanese quality models use 316L stainless steel, while Swiss quality models are made from 904L stainless steel, which is significantly more durable, resistant to rust and corrosion, but also more expensive and complex to manufacture.
Swiss quality models are produced using machines that are cloned to match Swiss technologies and standards, resulting in superior accuracy and finishing.

Can you send me additional photos of the desired model?

Due to the high number of enquiries we receive — some of which come from competitors attempting to occupy our time — we only provide additional photos to existing customers.

Does the seconds hand move smoothly or does it tick?

Yes, the seconds hand moves smoothly at a frequency of 21,600 beats per hour (bph).

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has been processed within 1–2 days, we will send you a tracking number by email and keep you updated via your phone number as well.
Delivery may currently take 8–15 working days from processing to arrival.

Do the watches feature ceramic bezels?

Yes. If the authentic model features a ceramic bezel, our version will also include a ceramic bezel.

Is the watch delivered with original packaging and papers?

Every watch purchased from our shop is delivered with a premium gift box.

How long does delivery take?

Once payment is confirmed, we process your order in our warehouse within 1–2 days. Shipping may then take an additional 8–15 working days until delivery.
Note: In some cases, warehouse congestion may extend processing time to 8–15 days.

What type of glass is used in the watches?

All of our watches are fitted with highly durable, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

Can I pay with my VISA or Mastercard?

We recommend using MoneyGram or Western Union, as Visa and Mastercard policies restrict our products.
However, we do process Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover payments for limited periods.

Do you ship to my country?

Due to recent global circumstances, we are unable to ship to certain countries.
If your country does not appear during checkout, it means we are currently unable to deliver to that location.

What movement do the watches use?

Depending on the selected quality, our watches are equipped with Japanese movements or high-quality ETA Swiss movements.

Are the watches waterproof?

Our Swiss quality watches are waterproof.
Our Japanese quality watches are water-resistant only; we do not recommend swimming or showering with them.
Submerging the watch in water will void the warranty.
