Why This Policy Exists
The luxury watch market is unfortunately a frequent target of payment fraud and unauthorized transactions. This policy exists not to inconvenience our valued clients, but to ensure that every high-value order is processed safely, securely, and with full verification — protecting your investment as much as ours.
Policy Overview
Any order totaling $1,000 USD or more must be completed exclusively via Bank Transfer.
Credit card payments, digital wallets, and other standard checkout methods are not accepted for orders at or above this threshold. This applies to all orders placed through our website, regardless of the items purchased.
How It Works
- Place your order — Browse and select your timepiece as usual
- Automatic cancellation — If your cart total meets or exceeds $1,000 USD, your online order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded to your original payment method
- Our team contacts you — Within 1–2 business days, a member of our team will reach out via email to guide you through the secure bank transfer process
- Payment is confirmed — Once your bank transfer is received and verified, your order will be officially confirmed
- Your order ships — Dispatch occurs only after full payment has cleared. No exceptions.

Important Notes
- Do not attempt to split orders to circumvent this policy. Any orders that appear to be split intentionally to fall below the $1,000 threshold will be reviewed and may be cancelled
- Full payment must be received and verified before any item is dispatched or reserved
- Rivassi Watches Co. will never request payment via unofficial channels, cryptocurrency, or money transfer apps. All bank transfer instructions will be sent exclusively from support@rivassi.com
